MEET MONTRELL
Montrell Besley is a father, husband, small business owner, community advocate, educator. Being from the Alton Park area of Chattanooga, he understands the needs of the different communities within District 11.
As a product of Alton Park, one of the most underserved communities in District 11.
I have lived through and experienced poverty-related issues that our community members deal with every day.
As County Commissioner for District 11, I will advocate for my neighbors in Alton Park, East Lake, and other underserved communities in the district. I will ensure that all District 11 residents have access to quality education, safety, and economy.

It’s time to move Hamilton County forward by electing leadership that focuses on strengthening communities and ensuring justice for all. As a mentor, uniter and advocate, I have a passion for connecting with and serving others.
