Meet Montrell
Montrell Besley is a father, husband, small business owner, community advocate, educator, and Democratic Nominee for Hamilton County Commission District 11. Being from the Alton Park area of Chattanooga, he understands the needs of the different communities within District 11. Montrell has a Master of Science focused in Public and Community Health from Austin Peay State University. If elected, Montrell would serve as the first Commissioner for District 11.
